There is a difference between genuinely being a nice guy and being a Nice Guy. If you are a genuinely nice guy, your interactions with women (or hell, with men, I’m not here to discriminate) are not a primrose path to carnal relations. If you are a Nice Guy, every interaction you do will be colored by the fact that “Hey maybe I’ll get laid after this.”
Yeah, it sucks when you’re sitting around as a teenage dude, a bag of hormones with no outlet besides Ol’ Lefty, but a lot of things suck. Grow the hell up and treat everyone nicely because that’s how your parents should have raised you, and then maybe you’ll realize that being a girl’s friend just because you want to make out with her is a pretty douchey move.
